Are you looking to launch your career in education? We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and relatable Academic Mentor to join our tutoring team in Aylesbury.

This is an entry-level role specifically designed for someone who is looking to start their career in a supportive, high-energy environment. You will be working with small groups of students, helping them build academic confidence and reach their full potential through engaging, modern tutoring sessions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Small Group Tutoring: Leading sessions for 3–6 students, making complex subjects accessible and interesting.
  • Mentorship: Acting as a positive role model and building a strong rapport with young learners.
  • Student Success: Providing a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitoring student growth and providing feedback to help them stay on track.
