We are currently seeking confident and motivated Cover Supervisors to join our supply team working across secondary schools in the Bedford area. This role is ideal for graduates, unqualified teachers, experienced support staff, or anyone looking to gain more classroom experience.

About the role:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher

• Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour

• Support students with their learning and ensure work is completed

• Work flexibly across various subjects and year groups (KS3 & KS4)

What we’re looking for:

• Confident communication and strong classroom presence

• Ability to manage behaviour and engage students

• Reliable, adaptable, and willing to work across different schools

• Previous school experience is desirable but not essential
