Choice Teachers is working in partnership with a highly regarded secondary school to recruit an enthusiastic and inspiring Teacher of Geography for a full-time position starting in September 2025.

About the Role:

You will be delivering high-quality Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5, encouraging students to develop a broad understanding of global issues, environmental awareness, and cultural diversity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured Geography lessons.

  • Foster a classroom environment that supports academic progress and curiosity about the world.

  • Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles.

  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and departmental enrichment activities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching Geography across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).

  • A passion for the subject and the ability to inspire and challenge students.

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaborative working.
