About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join a thriving 11–18 secondary school as Head of Business Studies. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a committed team in delivering high-quality education within a school recognised for its strong ethos of enterprise and skills development.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Business Studies department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

Develop and implement a curriculum that fosters enterprise skills and prepares students for the business world.

Monitor and evaluate student progress, setting high expectations for achievement.

Support the professional development of department staff.

Collaborate with colleagues across the school to enhance the overall educational experience.
About You:

Qualified teacher status with a degree in Business Studies or a related field.

Proven experience in teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 4 and 5.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Ability to inspire and motivate both students and staff.
