Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – St Albans

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years professional looking to make a positive impact? We are currently seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a vibrant, well-established nursery setting in the heart of St Albans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework.

  • Building strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

  • Observing and recording children’s development to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and safeguarding procedures.

  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment to ensure the smooth daily operation of the nursery.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE, NVQ).

  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.

  • Demonstrable experience working within a nursery or early years setting.

  • A genuine passion for child development and inclusive practice.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
