Deputy Manager / Manager – Early Years Setting, Luton up to £35k per Annum

Are you a passionate and experienced early years leader looking for your next challenge? An outstanding early years setting in Luton is seeking a Deputy Manager or Manager to lead a dedicated team and make a real difference to children’s learning and development.

About the Role:

• Lead and inspire a team of nursery practitioners

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education in line with EYFS

• Implement and maintain policies and procedures to meet Ofsted standards

• Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider community

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in an early years setting

• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• Excellent communication, organisational, and team management skills

• A genuine passion for creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children
