Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support your room team on a daily basis, ensuring a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment that meets Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child's individual needs, acting as a key person and monitoring children's progress and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues, maintaining accurate records and contributing to the overall smooth running of the nursery.
Requirements A Level 3 childcare qualification is essential, along with proven experience working in an early years setting and a strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
