We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and forward-thinking further education provider for an enthusiastic and skilled Lecturer in Electrical Installations to join their dynamic Construction team.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, student-focused professional with strong Electrical Installations experience to deliver high-quality teaching across a range of levels.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver engaging teaching across Electrical Installations programmes
  • Teach both practical and theoretical elements of the curriculum
  • Provide high-quality academic and tutorial support to learners
  • Contribute to curriculum development and departmental growth
  • Complete associated administrative duties to support teaching, learning, and assessment

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant and up-to-date industry experience within Electrical Installations or the wider Construction sector
  • A minimum Level 3 vocational qualification in Electrical Installations
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching and learning
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners

A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential. Support may be available for candidates willing to work towards one.
