Hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm

Days: Monday to Friday

Contract: Monday 13th April - July 2026

Here at Bespoke Education, an exciting opportunity has just arisen! We are supporting an ambitious and proud secondary school, who are on the lookout for a Pastoral worker to start in their school as soon as possible.

In this role you will need to be excellent at building relationships, communicating with a range of different people and employing a range of behavioural strategies. You will work with a variety of agencies and therefore need to be professional and able to follow policies and procedures. As this is a pastoral role you will need to be highly empathetic, resilient and able to manage student expectations, while working to meet their needs.

The school in question are looking for the chosen candidates to start immediately.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Making attendance calls to absent students.
• Build strong relationships with students and families.
• Support students with additional behavioural needs.
• Liaising with multiple agencies.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• You have the legal right to work in the UK.
• You hold a current and valid DBS.
• You have previous experience working with children in a school setting.
• Experience in supporting children with learning difficulties or disabilities.
