Examinations Officer – North West London
Salary: £41,086 – £44,127 (term time + 2 weeks)
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only (39 weeks + 2 weeks)
Start: September 2025

Are you an experienced Examinations Officer looking for a new challenge? We’re seeking a proactive and organised professional to manage exams and staff cover within a busy secondary school.

About the Role

As the Examinations Officer, you will:

• Coordinate all external and internal examinations in line with awarding body requirements.

• Manage daily supply and cover arrangements for teaching staff.

• Oversee invigilators, exam timetables, and access arrangements for SEND students.

• Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and support the smooth running of results days.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have proven experience as an Examinations Officer or in a school data/administration role.

• Be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.

• Have strong IT skills (SIMS experience desirable).

• Be confident managing deadlines and liaising with staff, exam boards, and external agencies.
