✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Flexibility to support students 1:1 or in small groups

• Experience with young people or managing behaviour (desirable)

• Interest in a PGCE or education career change

📋 Requirements:

• DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply – cost £53.50)

• A-levels or equivalent (desirable)

• Two professional references

• Right to work in the UK

• Strong spoken English
