Are you an experienced education professional or someone with relevant classroom experience looking for flexible work during term time? We are currently seeking reliable, adaptable Cover Supervisors to work across schools in Hitchin, Letchworth, and Biggleswade.

About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, and ensuring students remain engaged and on task. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to gain more experience in schools or maintain a healthy work-life balance with the flexibility of a zero-hour contract.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting

• Confident in managing classroom behaviour and supporting students

• Ability to follow lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment

• Must have access to your own vehicle and be willing to travel across Hitchin, Letchworth, and Biggleswade

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
