A fantastic school in Clapham is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a long-term role with the potential to become permanent, offering excellent training and development opportunities.

The Role:

• Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, both in class and on a 1:1 basis

• Assisting pupils with special educational needs (SEN) and supporting emotional wellbeing

• Helping to manage behaviour and promote positive learning environments

• Working alongside class teachers and support staff to deliver engaging lessons and interventions

Requirements:

• A degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related subject

• A genuine interest in education and supporting young people

• Teaching Assistant experience is desirable

• Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
