About the Role
We are currently seeking a versatile and committed secondary teacher to deliver a combination of Key Stage 3 Maths, GCSE Computer Science, and Key Stage 3 Science. This full-time role, beginning in September 2025 and running through to December 2025, offers an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking school with a focus on academic success and student engagement.

The successful candidate will bring subject passion, strong classroom management skills, and a flexible approach to planning and teaching across multiple disciplines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in KS3 Maths, GCSE Computer Science, and KS3 Science

  • Plan and prepare schemes of work and resources tailored to each subject area

  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support

  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and departments to promote cross-curricular learning

  • Contribute to the wider school community and support extracurricular initiatives where appropriate


Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching at least two of the three subjects listed, ideally all three

  • Strong subject knowledge and up-to-date understanding of the relevant curriculum

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills

  • Commitment to student development, learning outcomes, and safeguarding

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
