About the Role
We are currently seeking a versatile and committed secondary teacher to deliver a combination of Key Stage 3 Maths, GCSE Computer Science, and Key Stage 3 Science. This full-time role, beginning in September 2025 and running through to December 2025, offers an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking school with a focus on academic success and student engagement.
The successful candidate will bring subject passion, strong classroom management skills, and a flexible approach to planning and teaching across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in KS3 Maths, GCSE Computer Science, and KS3 Science

Plan and prepare schemes of work and resources tailored to each subject area

Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support

Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

Work collaboratively with other teachers and departments to promote cross-curricular learning

Contribute to the wider school community and support extracurricular initiatives where appropriate
Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
Experience teaching at least two of the three subjects listed, ideally all three
-
Strong subject knowledge and up-to-date understanding of the relevant curriculum

Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills

Commitment to student development, learning outcomes, and safeguarding

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Must be 18 years of age or older
