Construction Teacher - Wembley - Part-Time (2 days per week) -Secondary/PRU - September 2025 Start

Are you a skilled Construction Teacher with experience delivering City & Guilds qualifications? We are working with a supportive alternative provision in Wembley seeking a part-time Construction Teacher to join them from September. The successful candidate will teach City & Guilds Level 1 Construction across two KS4 sites.

About the Role

• Teach City & Guilds Level 1 Construction to KS4 students

• Work across two sites within a supportive and inclusive alternative provision

• Plan and deliver practical and theory-based lessons

• Support students with varied learning needs and build positive relationships

• Work 2 days per week (days flexible, subject to discussion)

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Have experience delivering City & Guilds Level 1 Construction or similar vocational qualifications

• Be confident working with secondary-aged pupils in an alternative or mainstream setting

• Hold QTS, QTLS, or a relevant teaching/training qualification (e.g., PGCE, DTLLS)

• Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one

• Be adaptable, patient, and committed to supporting student progress
