✅ The Role:

• Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire

• Position: Teaching Assistant (TA / LSA)

• Type: Full-time or part-time (flexible)

• Start: Immediate or September

• Pay: Competitive rates based on experience

🎓 Responsibilities:

• Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons

• Working one-to-one or in small groups with pupils who need extra help

• Assisting with classroom preparation and behaviour management

• Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment

• Supporting pupils with additional needs (SEN experience a plus)

🌱 About You:

• Previous experience working in a UK school setting (essential)

• Confident supporting EYFS, KS1 or KS2 pupils

• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection (training can be provided)

• Friendly, flexible and proactive approach to classroom support

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
