About the Role:

As a History Teacher, you will:

• Teach History across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available for suitable candidates)
• Plan and deliver engaging, knowledge-rich lessons that foster independent enquiry
• Develop students' historical thinking, source analysis, and written communication
• Assess and track progress, providing differentiated support where needed
• Participate in department planning, extracurricular activities, and whole-school initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Have a degree in History or a closely related discipline
• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching History
• Be confident in classroom management and able to inspire pupils of all abilities
• Have a commitment to inclusive education and high achievement for all students
