Criminology Teacher – Post-16 College – Luton (Part-Time)

Choice Teachers is working with a well-regarded post-16 college in Luton, currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Criminology Teacher to deliver engaging lessons to students studying Level 3 Criminology.

This is a part-time, ongoing role for 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The college offers a welcoming and professional environment with a strong focus on academic achievement and student wellbeing.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Level 3 Criminology lessons

• Track and assess student progress in line with exam board standards

• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic outcomes

• Provide a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere

• Contribute to curriculum planning and student enrichment

🎓 Requirements:

• Experience teaching Criminology (Level 3 or similar post-16 qualifications)

• A relevant degree and teaching qualification (PGCE, QTLS, or similar)

• Up-to-date knowledge of Criminology curriculum and assessment

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
