🔹 Role Overview:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of a teacher, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work. No lesson planning or marking is required, but you will play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes across various subjects

• Ensure students are engaged and following the work set

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Provide feedback to the relevant teaching staff after lessons

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• A confident and professional manner

• Previous experience in a school or with young people is desirable

• Degree holders or those considering a career in teaching are encouraged to apply

• A full UK driving licence is highly desirable due to school locations and travel requirements
