Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to make a real impact in primary education? We're seeking a dedicated HLTA to join our team!

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for pupils, delivering lessons and interventions across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support class teachers in planning and delivering lessons across various subjects
• Lead small group and 1:1 interventions to help pupils reach their learning goals
• Cover lessons in the absence of teachers, ensuring continuity in learning
• Provide support to students with additional needs, helping to create an inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• HLTA qualification or significant experience as a Teaching Assistant
• Experience working across primary key stages
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to deliver planned lessons independently
• A positive, flexible approach and a passion for helping all children succeed
