Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher – Stevenage

Choice Teachers is seeking a dedicated and resilient teacher for a specialist provision in Stevenage. We are looking for an educator with a genuine passion for supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs to join an established, supportive team.

Contract Details

• Start Date: October 2026

• Schedule: Monday – Thursday

• Duration: 2 terms

• Agency: Choice Teachers

• Salary: £32,916 – £52,490 per annum (pro rata) + SEN Allowance

  • Dependent on experience and pay scale placement (MPS/UPS).

The Role

You will be responsible for creating engaging, differentiated learning experiences tailored to the needs of pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support. Our goal is to maintain high academic expectations while fostering a safe and constructive environment.
