Job Description:
Our client in Rochdale is looking for a skilled and experienced Plasterer with a background in Social Housing to join their team. The role involves working on Social Housing projects in and around the Northwich and Knutsford areas. This is a temporary, ongoing position with immediate start availability.
Plasterer Duties:
- Undertake all aspects of plastering and associated work in tenanted properties
- Patching, Skimming, and Boarding
- 2-coat plaster work
- Internal and external rendering
- Installing coving, cornices, and insulation
Requirements:
- Previous plastering experience in tenanted properties is essential
- Must have own van and tools
