7.5 Tonne Driver – Immediate Start

Location: Royton, Oldham

Bamford Contract Services is currently recruiting a reliable and experienced 7.5 Tonne Driver to join a well-established company based in the Royton area of Oldham.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 7.5t vehicle to complete deliveries and collections efficiently
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks (lights, tyres, fluids) and report any defects
• Ensure all goods are correctly loaded, secured, and transported safely
• Complete an average of 3-6 drops a day
  
• Unload orders carefully while maintaining product quality and integrity
• Use of Tacho in line with regulations

Requirements

• Valid UK Driving Licence with Category C1 entitlement
• Minimum 2 years’ driving experience
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude
• Strong team player with a flexible approach

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday
• 07:30am – 4:30pm
• £14.50 – £15.00 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Immediate start available
• Ongoing work could lead to a permanent position
