Type: Ongoing Temporary Contract
Hourly Rate: £12.65 – £12.95 (with pay increases after 6 and 13 weeks)
Location: Rochdale
Working Hours:

• Mon – Wed: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm

We’re currently recruiting Assembly & Production Operatives to join a forward-thinking and progressive manufacturing business based in Rochdale. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a company that truly invests in its people and infrastructure.

Whether you're looking to build on your existing skills or start a new path in composite manufacturing, full training will be provided – making this a great step for individuals from production, manufacturing, or even painting/decorating backgrounds.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing, cleaning, and stripping moulds
• Applying gel coatings
• Preparing fibre materials
• Handling both woven and non-woven materials
• Laminating products using resin and fibreglass
• Supporting other areas of the factory as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience within in a production or manufacturing role
• Experience in painting/decorating also considered
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• A proactive, reliable, and hard-working attitude
• Good physical fitness
