We’re currently seeking a multi skilled Plumber to join our team working on a social housing project in Bury. Delivering high-quality maintenance, repair, and refurbishment services across homes and public buildings.
Multi Skilled Plumber Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out multi-skilled plumbing tasks, including
- Responsive and planned repairs
- Void property reinstatements
- Disrepair works and damp remediation
- Capital investment projects
- Work across council homes, public buildings, and other managed properties.
- Deliver quality work while ensuring excellent customer service and cost-effective solutions.
Multi Skilled Plumber Requirements:
- Proven experience in multi-skilled plumbing
- Remove bathrooms and alter pipework
- Install level deck trays to both wood and concrete floors
- Perform patch plastering and Dot & Dab
- Complete minor joinery tasks
- Tile up to 10sqm to a high standard
- Screed floors as required
- Must have a valid driving licence and own vehicle
- Must be able to work on-site daily
