Goods In/Out Operative – Counterbalance FLT (Temp-to-Perm)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Goods In/Out Operative to join a large and well-established engineering company based in Royton. This is a temp-to-perm position offering long-term employment for the right candidate.

Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00
Location: Royton

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to load and unload deliveries

• Managing goods in and out of the warehouse

• Booking in stock and handling dispatch paperwork

• Maintaining an organised and safe working environment

• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)

• Previous experience in a goods in/out or warehouse role

• Good attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Employment Type:

• Temp-to-perm, with the opportunity for a permanent role after a successful probation period
