Shift Allowances & Hourly Rates:
- 06:00 – 14:15: +20% (£20.71/hr)
- 14:00 – 22:15: +30% (£22.48/hr)
- 22:00 – 06:15: +40% (£24.16/hr)

Our prestigious client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is seeking experienced CNC Machinists with a milling focus to join their Rochdale team. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up CNC machines to produce high-quality components to specification
- Work with technical drawings and ensure precision in all manufacturing processes
- Write and amend CNC programs as needed
- Support and train team members, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment in line with Health & Safety regulations
- Flexibility to work across rotating shifts or fixed nights, including overtime when required
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or completed apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in manual milling and turning
- Extensive CNC machining experience, ideally with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls
- Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards

- Overtime opportunities:
- Monday – Friday @ 1.33x
- Saturday @ 1.5x
- Sunday @ 2.0x
- 1.5x for 10+ hours worked Monday–Saturday
