Sales Order Processor
Location: Rochdale
Rate: £12.30 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Start: Immediate
We are looking for an experienced Sales Order Processor to join our client’s busy and supportive team in Rochdale. This is a great temp-to-perm opportunity with immediate starts available.
Sales Order Processor Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and input customer orders
- Update delivery details and track order progress
- Check stock availability and liaise with the warehouse team
- Handle customer queries professionally via phone and email
- Provide product and order support to customers
- Perform general administration and data entry tasks
Sales Order Processor Requirements
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in order processing
- Strong communication skills – confident on phone and email
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work effectively as part of a busy team
