Hours: Monday–Thursday 07:00–15:30, Friday 07:00–13:00

We’re currently looking for Assembly Operatives / Technicians to support both the Service and Production teams. This is a hands-on role where your technical skills and attention to detail will make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As part of a close-knit team, you’ll be involved in a variety of key assembly and testing tasks, including:

  • Investigating and repairing faults as needed
  • Writing reports and completing documentation to support production records
  • Occasionally assisting on-site with equipment (with a long-term opportunity for field-based support)
  • Collaborating within a team or working independently as needed
  • Building mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies to precise specifications
  • Fitting and mounting components with care and accuracy
  • Performing bench work, including electrical function testing
  • Conducting in-process inspections using technical drawings and visual aids
  • Working with hand tools such as Verniers, torque wrenches, and Cleco systems
  • Rotating across different workstations to support a dynamic workflow
  • Reading and interpreting industrial-standard technical drawings and work instructions

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to bring:

  • Previous experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly
  • Confidence in fault-finding and solving problems on the spot
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
  • Experience working in high-volume production environments
  • Good hand tool skills and basic understanding of tool care and maintenance
  • The ability to read and follow schematics, diagrams, and technical instructions
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic
