Location: Durham (DH1)
Rate: £15 per hour
Duration: 3 weeks

We are looking for a reliable Skilled Labourer or Handyman to assist in preparing student accommodation for the upcoming intake of residents.

Skilled Labourer Duties will include:

• Painting and re-sealing showers
• Changing lightbulbs and minor repairs
• General handyman tasks
• Assisting in getting the building ready to a high standard

Skilled Labourer Requirements:

• Previous experience in painting, basic repairs, or handyman work
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Available to start immediately
