Receptionist – Temporary Position
Location: Rochdale
Hours: 37 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Our client, a well-respected organisation based in Rochdale, is seeking a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Receptionist to support their team during a busy period. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior reception or front-of-house experience to play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Please note: This is a temporary position and requires an immediate start. It is not a permanent role.

Receptionist Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors with a warm and professional approach
• Managing visitor sign-in and ensuring they are looked after
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries
• Receiving and organising parcels and deliveries
• Assisting with general administrative and ad-hoc tasks

What We’re Looking For in a Receptionist:

• Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role
• A friendly and approachable manner with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to hit the ground running
• Available to start immediately
