Longcliffe is delighted to be seeking an HR Administrator to join our newly established HR department on a maternity cover contract. With operations centred around our two quarries, Brassington Moor and Ryder Point, Longcliffe produces over 100 products serving a diverse range of vital industries — from animal feeds and agricultural fertilisers to glass and plasterboard manufacturing. In addition, we operate two wind turbines that contribute renewable energy to the national grid. Our business is driven by two guiding principles: to supply customers with the right materials, exactly when they need them, at the right price - and to do so in a way that respects and protects the environment. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting a wide spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, events, and internal communications. Reporting directly to our HR Manager, you’ll help shape a first-class HR service that supports both our people and our business goals.
