Carpenter Multi Trader – Social Housing Repairs

Salary: £50,000 per annum + Company Van + Fuel Card

Gilmartins is looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader to join our growing social housing repairs team across North West London.

This is a permanent, directly employed role offering excellent earning potential, job security and a consistent workload throughout the year.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter Multi Trader with experience carrying out reactive maintenance and repairs within occupied social housing properties.

The successful candidate will have strong carpentry skills and experience in:

• Lock repairs and replacements
• UPVC window repairs
• Timber and sash window repairs
• Glass replacement and glazing repairs
• Door repairs and adjustments
• General carpentry maintenance
• Associated multi-trade works

You will be responsible for completing repairs safely, efficiently and to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have:

• Proven experience within social housing reactive maintenance
• Strong carpentry and multi-trade skills
• Experience working in occupied properties
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Full UK manual driving licence
