HR Assistant - Resourcing Contract Type: Temporary Maternity Cover for up to 12 months Salary: Grade D Salary £30,518 per annum (pro rata to 18.5 hours - £15,259 per annum) Location: Fire Service Headquarters, Ripley Hours: 18.5 hours per week covering Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, however you may occasionally need to work beyond normal office hours. Agile working arrangements can be discussed with the successful candidate. What we are looking for: We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can build effective working relationships with managers, colleagues, and external partners. You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload while meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality at all times. You will be confident using HR and recruitment systems, with strong IT skills and the ability to maintain and analyse data, produce reports, and ensure compliance with GDPR. With a proactive approach, you will look for opportunities to improve processes and enhance the candidate experience. About the Role: There will be a requirement for some travel for which a pool car will be provided.
