Multi-Skilled Engineer

Location: Pumping Solutions, Spalding, PE11 3SA (Work is mainly site based)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical and mechanical background and thrive in a dynamic environment involving project installations, servicing, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities as a Multi-Skilled Engineer:

• Work collaboratively with team members or independently to complete tasks to a high standard.
• Liaise effectively with managers to ensure job progress is communicated clearly and work is completed on time.
• Carry out regular installations and planned maintenance on a wide range of pumping applications.
• Uphold and promote the company’s health and safety in all working environments.
• Ensure all jobs are completed to meet company quality standards.
• Lead by example and serve as a role model within the team.
• Complete all required job-related documentation and reports.

• Self-driven, motivated, and enthusiastic about your work.
• Skilled in problem-solving to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads or project requirements.
• An experienced electrical and mechanical control engineer with proven qualifications and practical experience.
• Clear and effective in your communication at all levels.
• Comfortable with travel and occasional overnight stays for project work.
