Location: Grimsby

Vacancy Type: (FTC 6 Months) 

Salary: Up to £45k (Pro rata) 

Benjamin Edwards is recruiting for a confident and proactive Interim Management Accountant to join a thriving and rapidly growing business going through a period of change.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands on finance professional to oversee the financial performance of the company, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

The role of the Interim Management Accountant

• Responsible for the production of monthly management accounts
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow reporting
• Oversee the sales & purchase ledger
• Manage a small team
• Responsible for accurate completion of VAT returns
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate project forecasts and financial reporting

The ideal candidate for the role of Interim Management Accountant

• Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
