Receptionist

Location: Northfleet, Gravesend DA11 9AX

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Our client is seeking a receptionist for their busy orthodontic practice.

They need an individual who is able to juggle multiple tasks, is friendly and compassionate, and enjoys interacting with patients.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and a team player and a passion for dentistry is a must!

The Role

• Welcome all patients arriving at the practice
• Ensure that the appointment system is efficient and accurate
• Liaise and support all Clinicians, Admin and clinical team.
• Collect and record patient payments
• Act in accordance with the practice rules and code of conduct

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Receptionist experience
• The ability to work well alone, on own initiative and as part of a team
• Excellent organisational skills, accountability, flexibility and a willingness to learn
• Strong IT skills
• Enthusiasm about providing a high standard of care to their patients.
• Previous Dental reception/Dental nurse experience require
