Day Programme Facilitator Location: Dover Salary: £19,200 Vacancy Type: Permanent, Part Time About The Role We are looking for a passionate and motivated Day Programme Facilitator (Part Time, 28 hours) to join our community drug and alcohol service across East Kent. This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults affected by substance dependency to make positive, lasting changes through a structured community day rehabilitation programme. Working within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, you will deliver the Forward Trust’s Substance Dependency Treatment Programme based on the 12 Step approach, helping service users build the skills, resilience and confidence needed for long-term recovery. This is a varied and hands-on role combining group facilitation, one-to-one support, assessments and case management, with delivery taking place both face-to-face and online to ensure accessibility across the region.
