Process Engineer Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £38,000 - £45,000per annum Vacancy Type: Permanent - Full Time Closing date: May 27, 2026 We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Process Engineer to lead the development, optimisation, and standardisation of our metal sawing and associated manufacturing processes. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our operations are safe, efficient, and consistently deliver high-quality results. You’ll focus on improving cutting performance, maximising material yield, and increasing throughput, while driving process reliability across the shop floor. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll embed industrial best practices, reduce variation, and identify opportunities to enhance productivity and quality. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, using data to drive decisions, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also ensure all processes meet health and safety standards, contributing to a safe and compliant working environment.
