About the role: As part of our dynamic Recovery Operations Team at Forward Trust, you'll be working directly with individuals in our supported housing units - supporting them to sustain their recovery and unlock their full potential. You'll take a person-centred approach, offering tailored interventions and connecting people with the resources they need to thrive.
