Vehicle Technician

Location: Whittlesey, Peterborough

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

About the Role

MT Cars is looking for a qualified Vehicle Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time position working within our busy workshop in Whittlesey.

The ideal candidate will be experienced, reliable, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

This role offers the opportunity to work on both modern and classic vehicles within a varied and busy workshop environment.

MOT training can be provided for the right candidate if you do not currently hold an MOT licence.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle servicing and repairs
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical work
• Preparing vehicles to a high standard
• Working on a range of modern and classic vehicles
• Assisting with restoration and maintenance of classic cars
• General workshop duties
• MOT testing (if qualified)

Requirements

• Qualified Vehicle Technician
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Good work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• MOT licence preferred but not essential
