Registered Care Manager

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 per annum

The Role

• Ensuring the delivery of exceptional domiciliary care services
• Managing a team of dedicated care professionals
• Growth and development of the service
• Recruitment and training
• Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Skills and Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores
• Must hold full UK driving license and car is essential
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Preferred)
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 and willing to work towards NVQ Level 5
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
• An enhanced DBS will be required for successful applicant.
