Kitchen Designer – Premium Showroom

Location: Watford, Hertfordshire

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (experience dependent)

Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Saturday: 9:30am – 4:00pm (with a weekday off in lieu)

The company are an award-winning premium kitchen studio based in Watford, Hertfordshire.

They are seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen Designer to join their dedicated team. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional kitchens with a focus on quality, design, and outstanding customer service.

The Role

• Showroom-based design role, creating and presenting high-quality kitchen designs.
• Using Winner Design software to develop layouts and proposals.
• Conducting on-site kitchen surveys (1–2 times per week) to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
• Delivering an exceptional customer journey, from concept through to completion.
• Collaborating closely with their strong, supportive team to maintain and grow their reputation as market leaders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven kitchen design experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Winner Design software.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
• Willingness to attend client sites in Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
• A proactive team player who is eager to make a difference and contribute to their continued success.
