Enabling Support Worker Location: Bognor Regis Salary: £12.65 per hour Hours Per Week: Full and Part Time At the organisation they are recruiting for Enabling Support Workers. The Role As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication. There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in. Their residential care home is located on the seafront, close to the town centre. Designed in consultation with residents, the service offers state of the art equipment and facilities and highly experienced, trained staff. As well as the residential home, they offer a range of disability and rehabilitation services. They work with people in the community and in their own homes. They also offer wellbeing and respite stays. Their location by the sea in Bognor Regis makes their home an ideal location for a short break or longer. Some people have used the service whilst adaptations are made at their home. They have five designated rooms on the second floor of their modern building. The first floor is a residential care service for adults with disabilities and on the ground floor they have communal spaces for socialising and dining. Benefits
