Business Development Representative (BDR) Location: East Coast, US Salary: $70–75K OTE Vacancy Type: Full-Time | Remote (East Coast) We're looking for a hunter. Not someone who waits for leads to come in. Someone who picks up the phone, does the research, finds the angle, and books the meeting. Someone who hears "no" and gets curious rather than deflated. At Hoptroff, we make precision timing infrastructure for the world's most demanding industries - financial markets, telecoms, critical national infrastructure. Our tech is genuinely hard to build and genuinely important. We're growing our US presence and need a BDR who wants to be part of something early-stage and consequential. What you'll be doing You'll be building a pipeline from scratch - cold calls, email, LinkedIn, whatever it takes. You'll qualify prospects and hand warm opportunities to our Enterprise team. You'll be the first voice many potential customers hear from Hoptroff, so you need to be sharp, curious, and relentless. This is a high-activity role. Expect to be on the phone a lot.
