SC Cleared Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
Location: London (Hybrid)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 7 - 12 months
IR35: Inside (via Umbrella Company)

Key tasks for the Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to include:
Leading financial house are seeking a seasoned SC Cleared Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join an existing team where you will with the ongoing improvement of their technology stack, ranging from complex cloud-hosted applications utilizing IaC and full CI/CD automation, to more traditional VM-based on-premise systems.

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Technical Skills:

• SC Clearance / Security Clearance (ideally valid & transferrable)

• Proven experience in AZURE Terraform code

• Demonstrable experience in GitHub Actions

• Experience of working in a controlled environment with strict change control
• Good understanding and practical implementation of both CI and CD
• Good working knowledge of the installation and configuration of Windows based systems.
• Excellent working knowledge of PowerShell & SQL

Desirable Criteria

• Experience implementing or maintaining a CI/CD pipeline using Github Actions, Terraform, and Azure within a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer capacity.
• Good working knowledge and practical experience of Azure Monitoring.
• Software development experience using C# and SQL Server.
• Experience of Packer, Kubernetes, AKS, Flux or Helm

The successful Cloud Infrastructure Engineer must be available to work 2 days a week onsite in Central London.  Candidates who do not hold SC clearance will be considered, however, to advise this process could take upto 12 weeks.
