IT Support Engineer – 1-month contract - Hampshire

My Customer is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to help resolve issues up to 2^nd line.

The Customer is currently rolling out a PC replacement programme, so they are looking for an extra pair of hands to support this project as well as support 1600 users across 50 sites with any technical issues up to 2^nd line.

IT Support Engineer - Technical Skills / Experience required:

• Prior experience within an IT Support / 2nd Line role
• Windows 10/11 – Administration and Support
• Microsoft 365 – Administration and Support
• Perform Windows OS troubleshooting, desktop/laptop imaging, and hardware deployment.
• Manage user accounts and permissions through Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Configure AV equipment and ensure meeting rooms are tech-ready.
• Microsoft EUC Stack – Intune, SCCM, etc.
• Experience with ticket management systems
• Travelling to various sites in the area
• A vehicle and valid UK driver’s license

The IT Support Engineer is required to be onsite in Eastleigh, 5 days a week for the duration of the 1-month contract.

This IT Support Engineer role is an immediate requirement with interview slots available this week.
