We’re now looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Major Accounts team. This role is all about maximising opportunities within our existing client base, strengthening relationships, and driving growth through exceptional service. The Role This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role, with a strong emphasis on networking, account expansion, and consultative business development. (no cold calling!) As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll act as the key point of contact for a portfolio of major accounts along with relationship management, client development, and commercial growth. You’ll work closely with decision-makers, hiring managers, and stakeholders to identify hiring needs, uncover opportunities, and ensure our delivery team is positioned to provide the right recruitment solutions.
