We’re looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals to join our team as IT Recruitment Consultants, working across the fast-paced IT and Energy sectors. This is a true 360 role with a strong emphasis on business development, giving you full ownership of your market and the chance to build something genuinely impactful.

What the Recruitment Consultant will be doing:

• Building and growing your own client portfolio using commercial insight to identify organisations with current and future hiring needs
• Proactively developing client contact strategies and making high-impact business development calls
• Conducting market and talent mapping to stay ahead of industry trends
• Scheduling and leading client meetings and pitches to win new business
• Consulting with clients to fully understand their hiring challenges and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
• Sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier talent within the IT and Energy sectors
• Networking within your specialist market to establish yourself as a trusted industry expert
