This is a growing ICP with a strong secured pipeline across renewables and large-scale infrastructure, not a maintenance-heavy DNO environment. You’re coming in at a point where the estimating function is still being shaped, not inherited.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of HV estimates across 11kV–132kV schemes, working directly with commercial leadership and delivery teams. This isn’t just pricing jobs, you’ll be involved in how bids are won.

It’s remote-first, minimal travel, and built for someone who wants autonomy without losing visibility.

What you’ll be doing

• Own end-to-end estimating on HV projects (11kV–132kV)
• Build and present cost plans, margin positions, and risk allowances
• Work closely with commercial and delivery teams on bid strategy
• Engage with supply chain to shape competitive pricing
• Support and develop junior estimators as the team grows

• Background in HV estimating within an ICP, DNO, or IDNO environment
• Strong technical exposure across 33kV–132kV projects
• Solid understanding of G81 and DNO/IDNO standards
• Commercially sharp, able to challenge costs and improve margins
• Comfortable working in a fast-growth environment, not a rigid structure
